Language Arts
• This week we will practice finding the theme (message), synonyms/antonyms, compare/contrast, identify the author's purpose, and read with expression/fluency.
• During writing we will work on an opinion piece about polar bears.
• Our spelling words for the week are ball, tall, small, walk, talk, salt, draw, straw, fault, launch,
• Remember to read at least 20 minutes at night.
Math
• This week we are finishing our unit on double digit subtraction and will take the unit test.
• Remember to practice your addition and subtraction facts.
Social Studies
• We are going to revisit landforms this week.
