Announcements
• Everyone brought home their winter clothes today so they could be washed. They were outside many times this week and got very wet. Lots of fun though!
• You will be able to sign up for Conferences on Skyward starting on Monday, March 1st. The conferences will be conducted on Zoom.
Language Arts
• This week we will focus on making connections, setting/plot, synonyms, characters, and theme.
• We have gathered our facts on polar bears and will start writing our reports this week.
• The spelling words this week are: book, look, cook, shook, foot, good, stood, wood, put, push
• Remember to read at night for at least 20 minutes.
Math
• We will learn how to round numbers this week. We will also continue double digit subtraction by using word problems.
• Continue practicing addition and subtraction math facts.
Social Studies
• We will revisit learning about continents and oceans.
