Announcements
• Please send warm clothes and snacks back to school.
• We have grade level ipad testing starting during the middle of this month. Please check with your child to make sure they have working headphones.
• Book checkout is on Wednesday.
Language Arts
• This week we are going to review expanding sentences with details and learn how to use dialogue.
• Our reading skills are homographs, drawing inferences, literal/nonliteral language, and poetry elements.
Math
• Our class will practice adding double digit numbers with regrouping.
• We will also take addition and subtraction time tests this week. Please keep practicing at home.
Health
• We will be discussing germs and how to stay healthy.
Character Education
This week we will review respect, responsibility, teamwork/cooperation, honesty/integrity, and self control.
