• Please send water bottles with your child. The drinking fountains are unavailable.
• School starts at 7:40am. Please drop off your child by 7:30am so they have time to put their things away and get organized for their day.

Language Arts
• This week our skills are cause/effect, author's purpose, main topic, and poetry characteristics.
• We are writing a personal narrative this week about a special birthday party.
• Our spelling words have er, ir, and ur...her, never, winter, bird, girl, shirt, third, hurt, nurse, burn.
• Please send back your reading log on Monday.

• We will review double digit addition, and also learn about money.

• We are learning about states of matter: liquid, solid, and gas.
