Announcements
• The reading logs in April will be used for the Rox Reading program. Students can earn Rox tickets and prizes throughout the month when they bring their reading logs back on Mondays.
• Wednesday is an early release day. Please let me know if your child will have different end of day plans.
Language Arts
• We are starting a new unit. The stories will focus on wind and water shaping the Earth. Our skills for this week include: irregular plural nouns, summarizing, making connections, shades of meaning, and text/graphic features.
• We will be writing an opinion piece about our favorite restaurant.
Math
• We will review money and subtraction.
Social Studies
• We will discuss goods and services.
