• Tuesday, October 26th is picture retakes.
• Wednesday, October 27th we will attend the Scholastic Book Fair during our book checkout time. I will be sending home more information about the book fair and ewallet on Monday.
• Conferences will take place Thursday night from 3:00 - 7:30pm. Please contact the MHES office to help you schedule your conference if you have not done so already.
Language Arts
• We are starting a new unit in reading that focuses on fiction stories and special characters.
• This week we will focus on fiction vs. nonfiction elements, characters, and retelling stories.
• We will continue to practice adding more details when writing sentences.
• Please send your child's reading log back on Monday.
